Most definitely: Inner ear is connected to nose via eustachian tube.Blockage of the eustachian tube can lead to middle ear blockage/infection.Sinus pressure probably due to mucous drainage not being optimal.Suggest you see your doctor to re-evaluate management.Sinus issues can be notoriously difficult to manage and several treatment options might need to be trialled.
