Cancer?: Probably not, but should have been evaluated months ago. Cannot diagnose you in this forum, and the list of what it can be is too long to print here. What you need to do is see your General Dentist, an Oral Surgeon, or an Oral Pathologist to be examined and properly diagnosed. That it's not one of the many white lesions is good, but you should be examined and properly diagnosed.
