what should i do about my high blood pressure? is there anyway to have it back to normal range again?

Dr. Rodney Butters

Yes: The non medicine ways to reduce blood pressure are- to reduce salt intake in foods, exercise regularly and lose weight. Caffeine restriction and stress reduction can help. Depending on how high your blood pressure is this could reduce it to normal. However if it does not then medication becomes important.
