once in while,i get needle like pinch in right eye,no vision problems & eye looks fine,is this glaucoma,i wake up with eyes feeling dry,rest of day ok?

Unlikely : But given your age, it is better to have a comprehensive eye exam including measuring eye pressures, field of vision and funds examination, glaucoma has no symptoms, and at times when it is discovered it is late to reverse the damage, wish you well
