Back pain: Breasts can be reduced in size via surgical means, but if back pain is documented as being caused by breast hypertrophy, the surgery can be covered as "necessary" by the surgeon. First establish the connection of back pain with breast size, and ask for a referral to an orthopedic physician to support the diagnosis.
