Diet related: That depends on whether you have a well balanced diet containing all of the minerals and elements that are lacking from your water supply. Without chlorine, you run risk of typhus. Without fluoride you run risk of cavities. Without iron you run risk of anemia, and so forth. Talk to a Nutritionist about your particular circumstance.
