Hello i just started a vegan diet , ive been tracking my calories ect ,im low in cal an low in iron and have 0 of cholesterol a day how bad is this?

Supplements: A vegan diet is deficient in vitamins D and B12 and at a minimum you should take these supplements. Depending on your diet you may not be getting enough iron for good health. Not eating any cholesterol is not an issue. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
