Good day,i have been getting the most intense headaches probably for the past 3 months.it wakes me up in the middle of the night last entire day?

Intense headaches: Usually, a new pattern of a headache and waking up from a headache are both concerning findings. You may need an urgent evaluation. Other concerning headache symptoms are when they occur with fever, weakness, numbness, or changes with vision.
On the other hand, I have seen these symptoms from neck muscle strains which were of no big concern. You should speak to your primary care doctor.
