is there a natural way to cure diabetes?

Dr. Aveshen Govender

Depends: This depends on the severity of your diabetes and how poor your hba1c level is. However a calorie restrictive low carb diet and regular stamina related exercises has been shown to vastly improve glycaemic control and in some cases to prevent or reverse the need for medication. Consult your doctor for more info. Best wishes
