good day , i am in my early trimester and two days back i had a clear discharge with blood in it and i had cramps. do i need to consult with a gp?

Yes: The discharge can be a normal event as there is a mucus plug at the entrance of the womb, however it would be best to see your GP to outrule anything more serious
