Does severe gastritis caused by nsaid or mental stress/anxiety raise the wbc count in blood test? or only infections causing gastritis raise wbc.

Unlikely: The circumstances you described are not likely to significantly raise the WBC count. Most causes of gastritis do not raise WBC count. You should consult a gastroenterologist, may be at PGI.
