after and ingrown hair on the face has come out from the skin to the surface should i pluck it or shave it? thanks

Ingrown hair: If the hair now appears normal and there is no surrounding redness or irritation, I recommend shaving it rather than plucking it. You may have to apply warm compresses first,however.
