Relaxation: Many headaches occur due to anxiety, tension and stress. Most of them require pain medication like tylenol (acetaminophen) unless they are mild and are treated quickly. Some of these mild ones will go away if you can take a short break to relax, take a short walk and use massage of the head and neck areas. If the headach doe snot settle down in 30 minutes, try tylenol (acetaminophen) which is one of the safest first order treatm.
