my 3 months baby developed red rash and spits a lot cause of formula. which formula is best recommended?

Possible MilkAllergy: I would advise seeing your Pediatrician, but a milk allergy may be present. A formula which is better tolerated is then advised. The baby may be tested for milk sp IgE antibodies.

Hard to speculate: Rashes are visual, meaning we would need to see it or you would need to post a better description for us to even begin to consider a cause/label. Three month old babies commonly spit up a lot, & the process peaks about 4 mo and begins to subside after they begin to sit. Formula is seldom the cause & change is usually a waste of effort.
