8 month old baby fell from bed, no visible injuries, fed morning bottle... sleeping well. should i wake him to check up or let him rest?

Depends: Infants with any significant head injuries will begin to vomit repeatedly.If you check them while sleeping & note no such symptoms it is okay to let them rest.We wake adults after a head trauma because they can tel us if they are okay & their system can hide such changes.You must rely on different signals from an infant,including your assessment of the type of fall/distance/observed injury/etc.
