neck popped, woke me up. pain moving head, shoulder blade, down arm. chronic foot pain (3 months) stopped when this happened. neck pain severe. ?

Be seen: Sounds like a cervical radicukopathy, which is an irritation of a nerve in the neck causing pain running down the arm. Can’t explain why foot pain would get better, but if neck and arm pain severe there may be some component of distraction involved. If pain is severe, I would not hesitate to be seen and an mri of the cervical spine may be recommended.
