Odd symptom: I would wonder if the soap or other products you use to bathe contain some chemical you are sensitive to. A change may end the problem.

Consider evaluation.: With reported symptoms of generalized itchy skin (pruritus) after bath or shower, I would be concerned with ruling out polycythemia vera--an abnormal condition in which your bone marrow makes too many red blood cells. Itching is a classic symptom after getting out of a warm bath or shower. A simple blood test would reveal this. Also consider check of liver health, bile salts on skin cause itch.

? Cholinergic urtica: Cholinergic urticaria can present this way, when exposed to warmth, you may want to take OTC antihistamine, as cetirizine or loratadine, unless contraindicated, regularly at night for 2-3 weeks, if that doesn't help, or helps, see an allergist or a dermatologist, best wishes
