Hi there, just arrived back from london and picked up a head cold whilst there. nasal congestion, itchy throat, blocked ears but no coughing. otc reqd?

Head cold: Head colds usually run their course in a week. Symptomatic relief of nasal congestion can be obtained with decongestant nasal spray and/or oral decongestant medication like Sudafed. This should also relieve your ear eustachian tube blockage caused by swollen membranes in the back of the nose
