You have a combinati: I think it is best that you see a rheumatologist. you have a variety of musculoskeletal symptoms and we need clarification. this can be soft tissue, joint or other. The lidocaine is too brief to have an impact. You would need corticosteroids and lidocaine together. You will be evalauted for a variety of diagnoses.
