Extreme fatigue. pain in throat glands and under arms and upper chest. but nothing swollen. pain moves to upper back. lymphoma??

Other causes likely,: Since you are feeling so bad, its time to see a doc, Lymphoma is not at the top of the list of possible causes, there are others. It may be something as easily fixed as a thyroid hormone imbalance. The only way to find out is to be examined. Start with a primary care doc, who can do an exam, and initial testing. After that, the results will determine the need for further treatment/referral
