i let my nose piercing that ive had for two months close up and a small red bump has formed. is there any way to get rid of it. it doesnt hurt.

May eventually go: Over time (a year) this bump may fade unless you have the tendency to form over-sized scars with any wound. If you have this tendency any further attempts to modify it could make it worse. An evaluation by a dermatologist may be worth the effort if it really bothers you.
