Not foll guidelines: Tribuss is a 3 drug combination of used to TREAT HIV and is not part of recommended guidelines to PREVENT HIV (PrEP). Using the 3 drug combination increases risk of side effects and adverse effects and also requires more monitoring. It also places you at increased risk of resistance to current approved first line HIV treatment should you contract HIV. Please rediscuss or get a second opinion
