A 28-year-old female asked:

how do i balance my hormones naturally?

Very Broad questions: There are many types of hormones in the body. Are you referring to specific hormones? Often it requires testing to determine if various hormone levels are normal. Do you have symptoms suggestive of hormonal imbalance? More information would be needed to provide you with a helpful response. Might consider acupunture to balance Qi (Life force or energy) but this is not the same as hormones.

How can I balance a successful career with motherhood?

Dr. Pavel Conovalciuc

Mother + career: That's a toughy! you will need to find a balance. It's not easy, but realizing that being a mother is the responsibility not to be matched by any, you would have to either let your career go or make concession to your motherhood to keep up with the career. It is what your values are that will prevail.

How can I naturally balance my hormones?

1 doctor answer2 doctors weighed in
Dr. David Sneid
Endocrinology 41 years experience
Why: Hormones don't generally get "out of balance", that's a lay concept not a medical one. If you have a hormonal problem due to genetics, environment, medication, illness, etc. Your endocrinologist can diagnose and treat that for you. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.
