how do i go about doing an elimination diet?

Planning/work/diary: You can find resources about planning carrying out an elimination diet on line. The basic idea is to keep a diary of both what you eat & how these items effect you in the several days afterwards. It is important to read the content lists of any processed food & many chain restaurants publish the contents of their entrees. Selective removal & reintroduction several weeks later can identify problems
