what to do for plantar fasciitis?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Peter Ihle

Wear proper shoes-: -specifically like good Nike, Rebok, new balance or other. Not cheap ones.it is usually self limiting. The other route is to see a Podiatrist, get inserts & go to Physical Therapy. Time consuming and $$$. I have had it bad in both feet @ different times, and went the shoe route & that’s what i wear every day except if I have to testify in court, never a foot problem since. My wife took other, gone2.
