Extreme heartburn almost daily, pain in chest, back and jaw?

May not be heartburn: Heartburn does not typically radiate to the jaw. What you describe may be of cardiac origin and could be dangerous. Suggest you see your Family Doctor or a cardiologist for an assessment to rule out heart disease as a source of the pain. Don’t delay. Best wishes
