A 23-year-old male asked:

can using otc hydrocortisone 1% cream daily over large areas of the body to treat eczema cause hypothalamic-pituitary adrenal axis suppression?

Maybe/not: The absorption of any medicinal from a cream is dependent on how intact the skin barrier remains. The amount would vary with the total surface area covered. With 1% HC absorption through intact skin is minimal, thick skin even less, but raw skin may be increased. So it would be hard to estimate the amount without more data. That said, it is probably not enough for significant suppression.

Don't Worry: Each individual has unique calorie needs based on their basal metabolic rate and level of physical activity. However, calorie counting really should not be undertaken by teenagers. Teens are growing and need good nutrition. Just focus on eating balanced, healthy meals and get plenty of exercise and sleep.

My body keep on giving odd reaction, it trembles up from my chest through the throat until the jaws, so to the hands. Could it be hyperthyroidism?

...: Could mean fatigue, are you sleeping 6h-8h every night? Do you wake up at the same time most days? Do you drink 3qts/water daily? Do you walk 30 minutes every day? If not, your body is tired and wants to sleep, so will have to be shaken, or shivered, to wake up. If you walk 30min daily, avoid fried & sugary food, drink 3qts water daily, you see the difference.
