hi there. i have recently been having “asthma attacks” i have been having frequent hard of breathing moments. what can i do when this happens?

Work beforhand: If you are having "attacks" you likely do not have a realistic asthma action plan in place. This would be a written and practiced pattern of medication use based on your pattern of symptoms. It may include a daily steroid inhaler for maintaining you condition & a periodic bronchodilator for events. Some use a peak flow meter to monitor underlying lung function.See your doc to set one up.
