right side top labia major bump. kinda squishy pea size very painful has got bigger. right side pubis pain swollen n tender to touch from lump to inner thigh. other side of vulva fine. tried baths ect. is this a cyst or abscess things to look out for?

See below: Hair follicles, sweat and sebaceous glands of the vulva/labia are common sites of infection and abscess formation. Bartholin and Skene duct/gland cysts and abscesses are specific types in that area. Your symptoms and lack of resolution with time and conservative Rx (sitz baths) are concerning and may be indicative of abscess formation that often requires I &D. Recommend you see your gynecologist.
