Inositol: I have recently had a few patients with hypoglycaemia, one after a gastric bypass. What worked for my patients is inositol. It helps to regulate your insulin sensitivity. Please see a dietician that can assist with low GI foods, that will limit your insulin spike. Inositol can be taken as Inofolic, or MetSynX 4g or Insumax Q.
