surgery for turbinate reduction &deviated septum 10 yrs ago. chronic night nasal congestion.wake up lightheaded. pcp sees nothing on exam. ent eval?

Night time congestio: Is there something in the bedroom you are sleeping in that is causing the stuffiness? Allergy? Do you snore at night? Any indication of sleep apnea? I would try Flonase daily for a month to see if this improves anything. If not, then ENT evaluation.
