Go to ER: Such persistent abdominal symptoms warrant an examination and prompt evaluation and testing will be done in the hospital emergency room. Various conditions cause abdominal distress and more description of your symptoms can be given to the ER physician so appropriate tests will be performed in order to make a diagnosis.
