Any of them: Any NSAID will help the back pain. Follow label directions on the bottle. Stop the acetaminophen before taking the NSAID. My favorite is ibuprofen. Take as needed up to every six hours. Rest, avoid more physical activity. If back pain is really severe. Stay in bed in the position of comfort. Can always consult a Doctor online or call your local doctor from your cell phone for an appointment.
