Although i take high blood pressure meds at night on 3 occasions my blood pressure has dropped extremely low & i sweat profusely.this is before meds?

? Hypotension: Antihypertensives are best taken in the mornings. If you are having episodes of suspected hypotension, you may require a change or reduction in meds. Suggest doing a 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring which will assist in making these decisions. Best wishes
