Menopause: at age 43.5 years isn't abnormal, that depends on several factors as average age in your family, your own hormonal setup, and other factors. However, if you believe that isn't your norm, kindly see your gynecologist for assessment, s/he would direct you for what tests needed and whether you need any medicines if you have not reached your menopause yet, good luck
