Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. You may watch and wait.
You may feel the lump every couple of weeks, if the lump doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other lumps appear, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.

Hard to tell.: This is one of those problems where a visit to your doctor is necessary to figure out what's going on. Only after a thorough evaluation, including examination and possibly labs and other tests, can your doctor correctly diagnose you and treat you effectively.

A 65-year-old female asked:
How can we be healthy and our cells of our mind and bones be active and strong ?

Dr. Ed Friedlander answered

Much to say...: And way too much for 400 characters. But the key is to understand that you're not going to find high-quality health from taking pills. Staying physically fit, eating sensibly (avoid the worst of the grease, sugar and salt), being happy to live simply and simply live, having good social skills, and being kind to yourself and others and ready to forgive are your best choices.

A 18-year-old male asked:
They say I have delayed bone growth does that mean my skull will get bigger aswell? My head is kinda small its 55-56 CM and im supposed to grow taller

Not much: The majority of head growth is finished by age 9 although the bones forming the skull do not completely fuse for many years thereafter. Most males finish their linear growth by 17-18 but an xray of your wrist and hand can show how much more growth to expect. The size of your cranium does not reflect what you can do with it.A portion of the normal population will have both small or oversized heads.
