See DDS: Contact your dentist or periodontist for an evaluation. The pin hole technique is a suture-less option if the dentist feels this would be beneficial.

Gum recession: Does not self correct. May be result of tooth root out of position, overaggressive brushing, gum disease, architectural defect, etc. If tooth root exposed the tooth will be sensitive. See your Dentist or a Periodontist for evaluation and treatment options.
