High BP must go down: Intermittent BP of 180/124 is very high. Panic attacks must be treated soon. Yoga & meditation will help you. Google & see what type suits you. Lifestyle modifications Heart failure is not a common complication.

You won’t get heart failure but this is asking for a brain hemorrhage. Get on medication now — consider a beta blocker, big dose. Meds plus cognitive behavioral therapy for the panic attacks.
