in the morning i get flem but it's dry. i sneeze continuously and releasing lots of spit and mucus. day it is fine. during the night it gets bad?

Rhinosinusitis: meaning inflammation of the nasal cavity and sinuses which may be to allergy, possibly dust mites allergy, common. You want to avoid feather pillows if you use one, encase your pillows in a plastic bag then apply the pillow case, avoid pets if you can. See an allergist if you have access to one, or an ENT specialist for assessment, meanwhile, lots of saline nasal washes, good luck
