i have fms. i take duloxetin, co-codamol 30/500, iron tablets, vitamin d, magnesium & calcium (max strength). can i use fat burners or app surpressant?

Better not: you are already taking several medications that are interacting and you want to use with caution (duloxetine and co-codamol), fat burners and / or appetite suppressants may interact as well, depends on the ingredients. Good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications

Will not hurt: If the goal is to gain muscle be sure to have a good diet with protein, a carb, fresh veg and fruit. Fried foods are empty calories low in nutrients.
