Every morning and night l have a runny nose. allergy testing was normal and so was ct scan, only showed deviated septum.what could be causing this?

Rhinitis: can be non-allergic, drug therapy is still the same, steroid nasal spray can be helpful, you may want to see an ENT specialist for assessment, best wishes

Seasonal allergies: Allergy testing (skin prick tests) often tests for the most common allergens in your area. Even if your allergy testing was negative, it is possible that you have seasonal allergies. You may try an over the counter antihistamine (cetirizine or fexofenadine) - take one daily for a few days and see if your symptoms improve.
