Short history: If your symptoms only started very recently, you could wait for a few days as it is most likely a viral infection. However, if you are a smoker or have any other medical conditions, or any known allergy triggers, it may be wise to see a GP sooner to do a full physical examination. Be sure to eat a healthy diet, cut out junk & processed foods, and drink PLENTY of water. While sick - rest rest rest.
