for about 2 or more days i've had a congested nose,now my eyes have become sensitivite, i've been sneezing and my nose is watery.am not sure if these are symptoms of the flu or an allergy & what is the way forward? pharmacy or see a dr?

A cold or URI: Sounds like you have a cold. Colds are generally self limited and will get better with time. Treat the symptoms as best you can with OTC products.
