Ive been diagnosed with sjogrens as i have dry eye disease and a very high anti-ro. given my super high ana (1:2560), could this also be lupus?

Could be: Sjogren can be primary but is often secondary to an other illness. One of the underlying illnesses may be lupus. You may consult this site for criteria for diagnosis of lupus.
