POTS: Studies show that there are indeed several forms of POTS including neurological-caused by denervation; hyperadrenergic-hyperactivity of the sympathetic "fight or flight" nervous system; and low blood volume. Try a gluten free diet and make sure you do the full workup so you eliminate any modifiable risk factors, always a great decision. https://tinyurl.com/ycen3hr3
