Those related to germline-inherited mutations -- Acute leukemia in trisomy 21, a bunch of different leukemias and lymphomas in ataxia-telangiectasia, a bunch in Bloom's syndrome, acute myelogenous leukemia in inherited Fanconi anemia, a variety in Wiskott Aldrich.
