Reaction to vaccine : Suggest OTC drugs eg allergex, paracetamol and calamine lotion. If not settling in 48hrs or worsening symptoms, then seek GP appraisal.

Fever is common after vaccines but quite rare after the flu vaccine and one would not expect a rash unless this is an allergic reaction, and then it is usually hives. This may be an alternate virus, but strep throat can give a fever and a rash. I would recommend an office visit to evaluate.
