Time to see doctor: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, the possibilities include: stomach reflux or ulcers, pancreatitis, diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, need a doctor's evaluation. The doctor or Emergency Room will also look for heart problems that cause chest pain.
