rs back neck pain comes and goes into shoulder and up to head. no ha moving triggers pain to ear sometimes achyjoints. worried its brain tumor anxiou

Neck pain: More likely may be pinched nerve would get MRI of cervical spine. May also be associated with generalized arthritis like rheumatoid or arthritis due to food intolerances , or joint swelling due to Hashimotos ( check TSH level) / celiac/ gluten/ dairy or soy intolerance . Have you tried motrin like products if not allergic? f/u/ w/ doc
