Neck pain: More likely may be pinched nerve would get MRI of cervical spine. May also be associated with generalized arthritis like rheumatoid or arthritis due to food intolerances , or joint swelling due to Hashimotos ( check TSH level) / celiac/ gluten/ dairy or soy intolerance . Have you tried motrin like products if not allergic? f/u/ w/ doc
