i have chronic rhinitis, all year round not seasonal. i started with a reaction last night, my meds arent working as usual. my throat feel swolen, head thick, eyes & nose driving me mad. i'm even coughing due to the irritation. what should i do?

Chronic sinusitis : Suggest Nasal corticosteroid daily , with non sedating antihistamine and montelukast inhibitors daily . Nasal saline rinses also recommended . If not settling then will need limited sinus x-ray and ENT appraisal.
